This Independent Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Trustline BPO Ltd (“Company”) and the undersigned Affiliate.
By joining the Trustline BPO Ltd Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms:
The Affiliate acts as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or representative of Trustline BPO Ltd.
The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, campaign requirements, and platform policies, including TCPA (where applicable), data protection regulations, and advertising guidelines.
Fraudulent or deceptive practices, including fake leads, duplicate calls, misleading advertising, spam, unauthorized robocalling, or any artificial traffic, are strictly prohibited.
Trustline BPO Ltd reserves the right to immediately terminate the Affiliate account, withhold unpaid commissions, and permanently remove the Affiliate from the program if any fraudulent activity is identified.
Affiliates may only use Company-approved traffic sources. Promotions through Facebook Marketplace or other platforms must comply with both platform policies and Company guidelines.
All calls and leads will be tracked through the Company’s approved reporting systems (including Retreaver, TrackDesk, or other authorized platforms). Company reporting will be considered final for payment purposes.
Payments are made Net 10 after the end of each calendar month for approved and qualified calls or leads.
All campaign details, pricing, buyer information, and Company materials are confidential and may not be shared with any third party without written permission.
Trustline BPO Ltd may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time for fraud, compliance violations, low-quality traffic, or breach of these terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
